30-Day Return Window — Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to the nature of beauty products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items — Opened beauty products, sale/final sale items, and gift cards.

Damages & Defects — Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right. ✨

Refunds — Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Customers — You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under EU cooling-off rules.
